INITIATING A REFUND

To initiate the refund, please follow these steps;

1. When you create your order, make sure to register with us. This helps us keep track of your purchases and facilitates the return process.
2. Once you've received your order, log in to your account on our website. After logging in, navigate to the "Orders" section of your account. Here, you'll find a list of all your past purchases.
3. Within the order details, locate the option labelled "Return & Exchange" and click on it. This will initiate the return process for the specific order you wish to return or exchange.
4. From the list of items in your order, select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. You can choose one or multiple items for return or exchange based on your preference.
5. Next, select the reason for the exchange from the dropdown menu provided. This information helps us understand your feedback and improve our products and services in the future.
6. Depending on the nature of the return or exchange, you may be asked to upload photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Once you've completed the above steps, simply submit your return or exchange request. Our team will then review your request and guide you through the next steps of the process.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND

To ensure that we can process your refund efficiently and effectively, please note the following conditions:

1. Items being returned must be in original condition, meaning they must be untried, unworn, and unwashed. We want every customer to receive products that are in the same condition as when they left our hands. 
2. The item returned must be in its original packaging including any price tags or brand tags, and must be intact and undamaged. 
3. If the returned products show signs of damage or poor condition that were not present upon receipt, regrettably, we won't be able to provide a refund. We take great care to deliver high-quality items, and we expect them to be returned in the same condition.

CANCELLATION 

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following cancellation policy:

1. Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of placing their order to request a cancellation. We believe this timeframe allows for flexibility while ensuring that orders are processed efficiently.
2. No cancellation charges within the specified timeframe.

REFUND PROCESS

A freight charge of INR 150 per item will be applicable on all returns. For example, returning 2 items will incur a charge of INR 300, and so on. Once we receive the returned items, we'll promptly process your refund. You can expect the refund to be initiated within 7 days. We understand the importance of timely refunds and strive to expedite the process for your convenience.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer all our customers a complimentary first exchange. If you're not completely happy with your initial choice, we're here to help you find the perfect replacement.

For all subsequent exchange requests, a nominal reverse pickup charge of Rs 150 per item will apply. In case you want to exchange 2 pcs, a reverse pickup charge of INR 300 will apply and so on

Please note that once an order has been exchanged, we are unable to accept returns on the exchanged items. However, if you find that the replacement item is not suitable, we're happy to assist you with further exchanges, subject to applicable charges.
